Rules at MaryMaris
It is assumed that visitors of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club have read the general internal rules before using the club’s attractions. Parents and/or accompanying persons are required to confirm with their signature that they have read the club’s rules and take full responsibility for the child/children.

If the child is under 14 years old, the signature is accepted only in the presence of one parent/guardian. Upon reaching the age of 14, the child may visit the club independently with this signature, having read the rules and signed the corresponding logbook.

It is assumed that visitors of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club have read the general internal rules before using the club’s services.
The administration of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club has set the following operating hours: from 10:00 to 22:00, without a lunch break and without days off.
Before visiting the club, visitors are required to make a payment according to the approved price list at the club’s cash desk and receive a receipt.
The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club do not provide childcare services. Full responsibility for the safety of the child/children on the club’s premises lies with the parents and/or accompanying persons.
Parents or accompanying persons must confirm with their signature that they have read the club’s rules and take full responsibility for the child/children.
Children under the age of 7 must always be supervised by their parents (in accordance with the Child Protection Act). However, it is important to note that a child under 7 years old may also be supervised by another child. According to the Child Protection Act, this must be a person who is at least 13 years old.
The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are not responsible for children on the club’s premises without parental or accompanying supervision.
The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are not responsible for any possible accidents involving visitors on the club’s premises, except in cases caused by damage to play equipment and/or attractions.
Use of the club’s attractions is only allowed in sportswear (without fasteners, zippers, studs, or belts).
Entering the play areas in outerwear and outdoor shoes is prohibited. Please bring indoor footwear (slippers, ballet flats) or socks. Being barefoot in the play areas, including the trampoline complex, is not allowed.
The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to visitors’ personal belongings and valuables, including valuable items left in storage lockers.
Please hand over all found items to a club staff member. Lost items will be stored at MaryMaris for one calendar month.
Bringing food and drinks is not allowed (except in specifically agreed situations).
Visitors must adhere to generally accepted ethical norms and rules of conduct, maintain cleanliness and order, and treat the club’s property with care.
Persons in an unwell condition (fever, cough, etc.) are not allowed to visit the club.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or the use of any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited on the club’s premises. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly denied entry. The club administration reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in an intoxicated state.
Please use the play equipment and attractions carefully and responsibly. In case of damage or destruction of MaryMaris Children’s Club property, we reserve the right to demand full compensation for the incurred losses.
The use of fireworks, pyrotechnics, and any bubble-related programs is strictly prohibited on the club’s premises.
Entering the club’s premises with strollers and bicycles is prohibited.
Helium balloons are prohibited.
The MaryMaris Club is equipped with video surveillance. Parents or other responsible persons accompanying a child, by visiting the club, consent to being monitored along with the child through the club’s cameras and to the availability of video streaming on the club’s website www.marymaris.lv and on the MaryMaris social media platform.
Photography is allowed at MaryMaris Club. Parents or other responsible persons accompanying a child, by visiting the club, consent to being photographed along with the child by other visitors and to the publication of these photos on the club’s website www.marymaris.lv or on the MaryMaris social media platform.
The wristband becomes invalid upon leaving the premises of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club and/or if its integrity is compromised.
